Set up with an investment of 120

one mobile sub-station and six
25MVA power transformers to be
delivered to Saudi Electricity

Formed in 2010, SPTC is a joint
venture between CG group and Saudi
Transformer Company (STC). STC
holds 51 per cent equity while the rest
is held by CG Power Systems Belgium
— formerly Pauwels and acquired by
CG in 2005.
